Looking for Lanscaper/Landscape architect in San Diego, CA

My house is the lowest point on the property and though it hasn't rained since we moved here in April, neighbors have told us it can be an issue during heavy rains.  All the surrounding lot is dirt and most of it slopes towards the house.

I am looking for any landscaper recommendations in the San Diego area.  Someone who is experienced in drains and grading to make sure my house does not get flooded.   I have been working with someone who's been a mess.  The paver patio slopes towards the house by design (they put the drains a few feet in front of the house)! Hoping to get them to fix it and then not complete the rest of the property.  Thanks in advance.
