Looking for best window contractor

We have used the same window contractor on 7 units.  They used to be outstanding but have got to be terrible.   They have one of the lowest approval ratings on Yelp which matches our recent experience.  

I am looking for window contractor recommendations.  We plan on doing 4 units, but starting with two in the near term.  

What we are looking for:

• Warrantee their product
• Provide qood quality 
• Good price
• Longevity, has been around more than a few years
