Has anybody used Fund And Grow funding to buy a house in Mexico

I have been seeing a lot of ads on Fund And Grow and it has finally piqued my interest. I have looked at a lot of videos and forums but I have yet to see if anybody has used this type of funding outside the US. Any info regarding this topic would be greatly appreciated!
