Best House Flipping Neighborhoods in SD

Hello All, 


I am new to San Diego and new to real estate.  I am curious as to which neighborhoods seem to be the most popular right now for flipping houses.  Looking for a starting point as to where to find fixers and why for value add residential properties so I can start to understand the SD real estate landscape.  Would love any feedback.

Clairemont has been hot spot for flippers the last few years.  Serra Mesa, San Carlos, Del Cerro, La Mesa have a lot of flips too. Showed a nice looking flip in Santee to a client the other day too - they're everywhere.
