What are your thoughts on reverse wholesaling?

Is it smarter to do than the traditional way?

It makes the most sense when you are new to wholesaling. it will help you with how to know what a good deal is. so many of the wholesalers I hear from send me a list of what they call a deal and I wouldn't put money into any of them. all bad deals. so to know what will really work and how to analyze a deal. I would recommend it!
