CPA Recommendations in San Diego

Hello BP! 

I am looking for a Real Estate focused CPA in San Diego county. Specifically one who is familiar with the specific tax considerations in and around rental units, Airbnb operations, out of state LLC's and Remodel considerations.

Please post any referrals that are willing to take on new clients!
