I am trying to find a local organization/company/investor to guide my education on learning how to get into real estate investing. I have history as a loan officer and currently a residential appraiser. I know how to pull comps, access to MLS and all that good stuff however this is not sufficient to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have been watching for real estate analyst positions at local companies to try and learn their method to their madness.

Thanks

Jason

It really depends, VA fee is $600. An operating statement/market rent analysis would be only necessary if you are planning on renting it out, which I assuming you are doing. These are extra services as the appraiser must pull sale comps and now rental comps, $600 is logical to me.
