I'm in need of a great inspector that will service Oceanside, Ca. I'm assisting my father with the purchase of a condo/home in Oceana, a 55+ community. Must be good working with out of state clients.

@Aaron Cullen, I've been using Steve Roseberry for years on all my deals. My wife is a Realtor and she uses him on all of her deals too. Steve lives in Vista and work all over San Diego County. Steve will give you a full inspection with a report if you desire, which is probably what your dad wants, or an investor inspection  where you go through the property with him as he points out items and doesn't include a a written report. His fees are very reasonable. Send me a PM if you want his number since I can't post it.
