Any investor RE agents in North County?

I need to buy a house for myself and build my wealth, so naturally looking at multi family. I'm new to RE overall and have a full time job so it's hard for me to offer capital or find deals to bring to the table at the moment.

So I figure an investor with a license is in the best place to walk me through the buying process and help me analyze the deal and get a commission for their time.

Unless someone is willing to do it for free then I can always offer food 😀

Also, if anyone has a recommendation for a local RE agent that works with investors I'd really appreciate any help. Looking to move fast.

Thanks BP.
