Any one have a good cabinet spot? I'm looking for ready to assemble (RTA) that do not have any particle board or OSB.

Found RTACabinets.com which seems interesting but I'd like to look at some in person if possible, maybe even LA County.

Current quote from HD (Home Depot) for their ready made in inventory cabinets is $2600, those are particle board low grade cabinets.

Hi All, I hear lots of great talk about Allure Ultra (interlocking and 5mm thick vs Allure which is GripStrip and 3.8 mm thick) but I only found 1 for $2.79/sq ft and it's on clearance. I was hoping to shop around but I'm not sure what something equivalent is, does anyone know something as durable or what the general type is called (I'm thinking resilient vinyl planks, but so is the basic Allure)?

I may have gotten started in some other areas but time for the Intro!

I'm an accountant/finance person by trade. Came from consulting different types of business and head up an accounting dept at a manufacturing company at the moment as my full time job. Finally in a place to purchase my first home when I came to the realization that it's not easy to live in CA. So naturally I'm going to try to get other people to pay my mortgage!

Looking into multi-family housing and I've read up a ton on here and other places however, I think it's time to start because you can only learn so much from a book. 

Doing this part time is not easy but I figure if I meet some like minded people it will be easier!
