Hey guys, the last mortgage broker who got me my first duplex is too busy and impossible to get a hold of...  I'm looking for someone who can take a look at my credit / taxes and give me some ball park estimates of what I can afford. Right now I'm in the process of planning out my next investment and would like some guidance and start the ball rolling.  Thanks!
