Anybody have experience with BN Loans for Hard Money?

Had a good conversation with BN Loans today regarding an application for fix and flip loan. Wondering if any of you have ever used them for financing, and what your experience was. Would appreciate any info. The terms seems reasonable--and were as expected-- and the application process doesn't raise any red flags.
