Does anybody else have experience as of lately...? 

I was considering looking into this area. But being from out of state I find it appealing with price point. I was thinking section 8 rentals but not sure. I would be in it for cash flow and tax write offs but the how strong is the rental market? What areas should I look at that have the best chance?

Any follow up's to this? Does anyone know a operator that have been successful?
