Bought a Rental in Alexander, Arkansas

I am under contract with Memphis Invest for a property located in Alexander, Arkansas. Number's look good, house was built in the late 2000's, projected rent ranges are enough for me if I can get them. I've looked at sites like Bestplaces.net, city-data, Niche, Great schools, google maps to look at the area and it looks good.

Can any locals or experienced investors comment on the Alexander area and what else I should be doing in terms of analysis?

@Wei Jie Yang  how to find out about rental demand?

1. Call some other property managers in the area.

2. Place dummy adds on Craig List and see how many people ring you.
