I was just wondering if anybody is wholesaling in multiple states? If so I was wondering how you choose your markets? How you get comps on properties? How you find an investor friendly title company? What type of marketing do you do to find deals in other states?

I would suggest mastering one market first.

Example :

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
you're currently in California
connect with someone in Las Vegas
Not connect : Arizona, Las Vegas , Idaho, and etc ( un-mastered )
just my two cents
