Has anyone used seller financing to purchase a property?

I'm curious to hear how some people may have purchased a property with some sort of seller financing component? If anyone has experience can you please share how you were able to come to terms with the seller and structure the deal? What was the down payment, purchase price, interest rate, term, amortization, etc?
