New property look fors

I’ve read The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner and got some great ideas but I would like other investor’s opinions as well. When going to take a tour of a property that you have interest in, what are some “problems” you’re okay with and some “problems” that you steer clear of?

Any advice and insight is appreciated.
