Purchasing Land Through Seller Financing

Good morning BP Family,

Looking to get advice for a purchase. I have the opportunity to purchase a vacant lot in Florida through seller financing. I've never done it before so I'm looking for any advice or due diligence actions that would need to be performed before moving forward. What should be done??? I appreciate any advice or insight.
