Looking to start investing in multi families or other real estate, low startup money, FHA loan and live in Boston. Looking to keep total cost below $200,000 and need owner occupancy the first year preferably near home! Any tips or advice on anything is appreciated!!! First time investor really wanna get into real estate investing !
