Has your market rebounded?
I've been talking to a few agents in my area (Los Angeles county) and they all pretty much agree that it's becoming a sellers market in the sense that prices are creeping up and offers are coming in multiples. There's definitely a shortage of inventory and there's financing available for buyers.
Everywhere I look I'm hearing about pension funds swallowing up inventory and unlike the small investors who put the properties back on the market, these guys are holding them. I haven't flipped in years, is it time to come roaring back? Does the small guy stand a chance?
