Hello everyone! So I currently use Less Annoying CRM as my current CRM. But I find myself having to input contacts and update my pipeline on the go. Does anyone know of a reliable CRM that has IOS or Android capability?

Any recommendations on a Skip Tracing site/service for single or less than 50 records that’s at a decent price?

So I have a few properties that I am interested in. The issue I’m running into is finding the comps for the properties.

How do I find comps on a property if homes haven't sold in the area in a very long time? How do I determine the ARV? What if the property is in a rule area? What do you guys suggest?
