Hi

I just bought two properties at the foreclosure auction, And I’m thinking if I were to rent it out what is the basic rent that I should charge?

Maybe somebody can help me on what they think of the rent that I should charge what is the rule of thumb?

Property one bought for $85,000

Property two bought for $144,000

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance!!!

Candace, Jake is correct. A local PM would be the best source for this information.

Also, please dont take this the wrong way, im just trying to help..... But this is the kind of conversation you should have with a local PM BEFORE the money is spent.
