Trying to pull out equity
I purchased a few condos about 6 months ago. I want to pull the equity out of them to purchase more investment properties, but the banks that I have talked with (Huntington, first federal, citizens) say that I can not pull the equity out because they are condos. But they aren't really explaining why.
So with that being said, I'm hoping that someone one with a little more experience would be able to explain.
