@Michael Beinetti

1.) Purchase atleast 4 more rental units

2.) Make atleast $150,000

3.) Add another stream of income.

4.) Build what i call a "success team"

- a team of motivated individuals who are determined to succeed.

2019 went very well. Im excited to start 2020

How do I go about finding investors that will lend me money to buy rental properties?

I currently have 8 units and want to keep growing. I come across good deals all the time, focusing on smaller multi-units. Unfortunately they tend to slip by do to my lack of investors.

So if anyone has any good advice, please share, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time.

@Frank Patalano

I have purchased a few already now I'm trying to either pull equity to buy more or use an investor.

I am having trouble pulling equity because 3 of the property's are condos and the banks wont let me pull the equity out of them.

1.) Mans greatest burden is unfulfilled potential.

2.) Plan your work, Work your plan, or plan to fail.

Not sure who said it but they are some of my favorites.

Thank you I appreciate your feedback. I will try my local credit unions and see if they can help me out.

I purchased a few condos about 6 months ago. I want to pull the equity out of them to purchase more investment properties, but the banks that I have talked with (Huntington, first federal, citizens) say that I can not pull the equity out because they are condos. But they aren't really explaining why.

So with that being said, I'm hoping that someone one with a little more experience would be able to explain.

@Frank Wong

I completely understand. My end goal is to become financially free with rental properties. I just want to get there sooner rather than later. My thought was to flip a property every now and again to help me get the money to purchase more rentals.

I have only been into real estate investing for a little over a year now. I appreciate all the tips and pointers I can get. Thank you.

As a new investor, I am eager to grow my portfolio. Is it smarter to buy and hold or to buy and flip, to make more money to purchase more rentals?
