Is it possible to own, rehab and manage US properties from Europe?

Hey everybody,

I’m former athlete, I have many friends in US who are successfully investing in real estate, either rental or flipping. I’d like to ask you, if you think it’s possible to invest in properties in US (let’s say I go there, buy them and personally rehab them) and then manage them from Europe?

Will be grateful for any answers.

Have a great one.

Robert

@Robert Novotny, absolutely possible! I live in Germany right now and have many friends who also are actively managing and investing in properties in the US. It's just a matter of having the right people on your team, a trustworthy highly professional property manager and a general contractor with excellent references are a must!
