@Chris K. Thank you! I think the strategy I’d like to start with would be buy cheap smaller single family property in bad condition, fix it and create cash flow through rent. And then add on. As long as I read your comments - I’m very grateful for - having a good team and contacts in that specific area is crucial for this.

Hey everybody,

I’m former athlete, I have many friends in US who are successfully investing in real estate, either rental or flipping. I’d like to ask you, if you think it’s possible to invest in properties in US (let’s say I go there, buy them and personally rehab them) and then manage them from Europe?

Will be grateful for any answers.
