Sending Letters to Multi Family Property Owners

Hello everyone,

So I have been searching multi family properties for sale in Little Rock, AR but there doesn't seem to be many available in Zillow/Realtor/Craigslist...

To get creative, I was thinking on sending letters to Multi Family property owners asking if they are looking into selling their property. However I'm not sure how and where to find these owners. Is there a directory of multi family property owners and their addresses? Does such directory exist?

Thank you for your help!

Lucas.

Hi @Lucas Ferrado Quílez I would recommend getting in touch with a local Title Company, chat with a Title rep and build rapport. Title reps can easily pull "a farm" of the designated areas you intend to target. You can be as specific as you want such as only 2-4 units within a mile radius of a specific address ("123 main st") that you have pinned on a map.

Best of luck
