What accounting software do you use?

Hi BP,

My wife and I own a duplex, but are going to purchase a duplex/triplex with a family member in the near future. She wants us to manage the property and to provide monthly reporting.

What would be a good CPU program to use for the accounting/reporting? I'm excellent with Excel but was wondering if there is something better.
