Downtown Pensacola vacant lot ideas?

I have a vacant lot zoned residential about 60 x 100 in a downtown residential area originally purchased for a new home (maybe 2) build. It’s going to be some time before doing a build and wondering if anyone can share innovative ideas to make use of it until we build? It would be great to be able to generate some income while it sits. Thanks BiggerPockets people!
