@LeAnna Davis. What I ended up doing is looking within my personal network to find trusted partners. Trust is build over time and experience with people so meeting someone new will take time. If you have not done so already, have open convos with people you already know (friends, coworkers, associates, etc). You may be surprised that they have similar goals to you and might be willing to go on the journey together.

@Gilbert Dominguez. Good thought. Not really an area with parking issues and not close enough to restaurants, entertainment, etc for a parking lot though.

@Joseph Crespo. It’s probably going to be a year before construction. A mobile home could be an option, although would not be the best aesthetically in the neighborhood. Then again there are a lot of older homes surrounding it and a few are getting rehabilitated including one across the street

@Ivan Terrero yes, it’s an area being revitalised with several old homes being rehabed.

I have a vacant lot zoned residential about 60 x 100 in a downtown residential area originally purchased for a new home (maybe 2) build. It’s going to be some time before doing a build and wondering if anyone can share innovative ideas to make use of it until we build? It would be great to be able to generate some income while it sits. Thanks BiggerPockets people!
