Hi Folks I’m a newbie looking to connect the dots on all of the information I’ve learned with Subject To and lease option agreement. However, I’m having a hard time obtaining the contracts and other paper work associated with the entire process. Where would I be able to get these documents and have someone train me through the steps? What are estimated cost for these papers? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, -Marcus Baltimore, MD

@Marcus Robinson that will vary greatly from attorney to attorney. I would expect no more than $500.

Try Jeff Charlow at Master title and escrow

Anthony Onwuanibe at Golden trust title

Michael Gross in Bethesda

Bill Chase at Chase and Chase
