@Tim Johnson I bought a 90 minute steel door yesterday. It’s really heavy, sharp edges, it’s steel, and overall I’m just concerned about installing it. In a nutshell something doesn’t seem right.

I have city inspector requiring that I have 60 minute fire rated doors installed on the entrance of two units that are inside our property. I’ve had a heck of a time trying to find them. Contractors, builders, lumberyard, Home Depot managers, internet searches and still no where to be found. I’ve only found 20 minute and 90 minute (steel door) that are fire rated. I’m starting to think they don’t even exist. Any suggestions?

I say go to some foreclosure auctions. I went to a house auction yesterday and realized I was standing right next to cash buyers.

@Ned Carey Thanks again. I’ll look into to these recommendations as well.

@Shawn G Hope I didn’t find everything I was looking for but so far it’s been the best I’ve been able to see. One attorney finally emailed me back and said look, it’s gonna be expensive for an attorney to draft anything. Said the best option is to find some contracts online add what you need and have the attorney review it. The documents here are a good start. You pretty much need to find someone that’s done the deals you’re looking to do and connect with them and get some answers.

@Ned Carey I called Anthony at Golden trust and sent a short but detailed email. I also emailed two other attorneys. I’ve not heard back from anyone. Is this normal? Does it take a few days for them to respond?

Thanks Ned. Funny I just got those references from someone else you commented on this morning. Any how I'm looking them up now.
