San Diego Real Estate Meet-ups or Mentoring

Hello everyone, I am new into this space and looking to find any way to invest and get into real estate either locally or out of state. I've been struggling to find ways to find funding and/or get started, so I wanted to reach out and see if anyone in San Diego, CA is potentially open to getting together or doing a real estate meet up.
