Outsmarting Uncle Sam?

I have had a crazy strategy in the back of my mind I want people to poke holes in. Here it goes... Buy a cheap house, rent it, flip it, 1031... repeat/trade up... repeat/trade up... repeat/trade up... until you have a significant asset above and beyond the quality of your original house purchase... then move in. Live there for two years... then sell it. Capital gains in the end? Yes or No
