SUB2, Maybe a conversation with Michael Quarles
Hi Michael, guess we got in trouble, but I thought that led to what Samuel was looking for. (responses from another post)
Being in a position to take out the underlying mortgagee, at any time, is the key to a successful SUB2 deal. I protect myself by protecting those I purchase from. I like to do deals in the light of day, so the lender is going to meet me, if possible, before I do an installment deal of any kind. You have a good outlook for your Sub2 deals! Bill
