Looking for creative ways for down payment

Hello all! Ok so I'm purchasing a home for me and my family it's an estate sale the financing is FHA 203k purchase price is 143,250 with a 4% seller credit and 40k added for the repairs I have the seller credit to pay for the closing costs however we've had a issue with the downpayment money i close on July 21st 2017 and I'm worried I'll be short how can I obtain the 3.5% down from the seller? Or any other ways PLEASE HELP this is the dream home I can't lose it

The 3.5% has to be your funds or a gift can you call a family member and get some help? Sometimes just mentioning the chance of moving back in can help motivate parents.
