Housing Alerts - Ken Wade
I have seen the question asked and not really answered... Does anyone use the Housing Alerts system from Ken Wade successfully? I had to turn off his webinar, I just can't sit through 2 hours of it. I liked the info presented in the first hour I watched however I just don't know if its something worth paying over 2k for.. But it begs the question... Do you pay 2K to make 30K? or something similar. Of course you do. Soooo.... does anyone use it?
Hi Robyn,
I have the same question, and am also considering this program. It seems to make a Lot of sense, but then so did all of the Other Dozens of Shiny Lures I have purchased!!!
Let me know if you have any more info or input on this program.
Thanks!
Joe
I am curious about his program also- it seems amazing but is it accurate? Has his indicator been accurate in the past? Any new updates would be great.
I just purchased access to Florida and Tenessee for a month to check out the system. Only cost $39 so its not a huge investment of dollars but already i feel i have some interesting data about the areas I invest in. Particularly where one zip code appreciation can be so different from another zip code even though they are right next to each other. So I may as well look at investing in the one that is appreciating with momentum rather than the ones who have shown a depreciation. Some of the what I am seeing has been backed up by my agents in those areas. Still early days but I will continue to work with it and see what I find out....
@Suzane Ivas Can you please post an update on your experience with Housing Alerts system?
Robyn,
Sounds really expensive if you compare the vast amount of information you can get for free on BiggerPockets. I would avoid it
@Robyn Landon @Joe Lantrip @Kathleen Nguyen @Suzane Ivas @Luke Sass - do any of you have an update on HousingAlerts by Ken Wade?
And would any of you be interested in a "divide&conquer" approach and pooling funds into a subscription?
I tried it for a month and couldn't find any good areas to invest that were "in Transition" period he suggests to invest. Areas are already inflated and I am VERY Leary to invest at this time in any areas that are already inflated. I cancelled in 30 day trial period because i couldn't locate any area to invest. Maybe after interest rates rise and economy corrects again this system will work.?
@Joe Lantrip - I'm thinking that one would need to employ the tool for a longer period of time than one month. I would also like to see how the tool performs in this period of "correction" (when there is a flurry of indicators/articles/opinions pointing to a slowdown/correction/downturn) and validate its signals so I can trust it when the upswing happens and the buying should happen.
Would you be interested in participating in a subscription pool? If so, for what period and what area?
Suzane, do you still use Housing Alerts, did you find any value in the FL market for it?
Thanks

Suzane. Are you still using it now? How has it been going?

How has your experience with HousingAlerts by Ken Wade been?
Did that subscription pool ever get set up?
