Adverse Possession Questions

Wanting to connect with someone in the DFW area that has actually has SUCCESS with Adverse Possession. Would love to take you to coffee and go over a few things.

Please do not respond with what Adverse Possession laws require to file. I fully understand the law and are far enough along in the process that I now have questions about selling and acquiring the next property.

Please private message me if you can help

Thank You

I'm puzzled why you believe that others who have successfully employed this technique would be compelled to share their secrets with you.

Just what do you have to offer? Competition?

Since you stand to make tens or perhaps hundreds of thousands of dollars why don't you offer your prospective teacher about $10,000 for the knowledge? That's still a bargain.

While I do have a "Buy-Rick-Coffee" tab on my website, I don't teach adverse possession.

Maybe you should stick with lead generation?
