Finding the owner of a property in LA

Hey guys,

I was driving for dollars the other day and came across two properties I wanted to inquire about but none of the free resources out there were helpful (Homemetry, Whitepages, etc)

Has anyone gone through with the application and/or is there a better way to go about finding the rightful owner of a property?
