Lead Generation for Tenants and Buyers

I am unsure if this is the right place but I think it may be if people have some innovative ways of generating leads.

I work in a very competitive market where lead generation is the make or break part of any company. We are lucky enough to be the largest lead generator in the region based on the way we do things such as quality control, analytics of leads through portals and analytics of leads from agent experiences.

I would love to hear any new or old and successful methods used by the Bugger Pockets community on generating quality leads.
