Anaheim 2br/2ba Townhouse 1.5 Blocks From Disneyland

Hi So. Cal BPers,

I have a friend who is selling a 2-story, 1200 sf, townhouse near Disneyland. Seller would like to move towards Corona around Gypsum Canyon/Green River Golf Course area. Would like to get a larger 3-4 BR house to move into with at least 2500 sf. This Anaheim townhouse still has a mortgage on it. What could be possibilities from BP investors that may have the future property to exchange with. Owner has signed with an agent but has not posted property on MLS yet. Just wondering if anybody has any properties in the Anaheim Hills, Yorba Linda or Corona areas?
