Post: PROPERTY LINE/FENCE ADJUSTMENT

Just prepping myself in case my neighbor disputes a two-foot adjustment of my fence line.  After removing a pre-existing shed that covered the fence line behind it.  Checked with the city permitting office & confirms my fence is in fact 2ft short from the present measurement.  Is there usually an arbitration process or does it go directly to litigation?  If you could also recommend an organization that can help me, I would very much appreciate your help.

Thanks!

How about setting her up with a self-directed IRA. That way your partner will be her self-directed IRA account which is its own entity & then pay your distribution to the SD-IRA account. -

Hello everyone.  Just wanted to update on this venture.  Nope, not quite as skilled as Rick has been.  As a matter of fact, Rick, we might have crossed paths in Bill's meetings @ the old church site.  Unfortunately, since you leave early for your drive home, we never get to connect.  I do go to Mic's lunch meetings sometimes.

As far as chasing the probate quest, attorney Paul Horn, does a half day seminar to pitch his probate list.  A friend shared his list one time and we happen to talk to a celebrity from Grey's Anatomy & race car driver.  On his personal cel to ask him if he would like to sell his relative's property.  Wow!  Unfortunately, he was keeping it.

Hope y'all are having lucrative probate deals!

@Rob Beland - The reason for having a business account was I applied for a business loan using my LLC with it's own tax ID#, but got denied because it was a personal account. This was from one of prosper.com's crowd-funding affiliates. Thanks for the response

@Nayt Grochowski - thanks response & tip on Wells Fargo. There's one a block away from my W2 job & I'll have to check with them. I read your post about your problem with Chase regarding your your SD-IRA. I got one with Equity Trust. Got out of state rentals with it & a tax lien. Hoping to do more with it some time this year.
