Buying a Property from Housing Authority

Victor Triana
Posted

Hello BP members!

I’ve seen a property around my neighborhood, windows are boarded up

Seems like it’s vacant.

Ended up looking it up on the county assessor website and the owner of the home is the local housing authority.

With that being said, has anybody ever approached their housing authority to see if they can sell a property to you?

Is it even possible?

Thanks in advance! 🙌🏻
