Good morning BP family,

What deal finding systems have people found useful to delegate to Vitrual Assistants to find deals, e.g. hire a VA to send out mailings to absentee owners or have them cold call. Where are folks finding competent VAs? Any systems out there that working well for folks?

Hey so I've recently started hiring some VA's and with mixed reviews. I've known a couple people to do it and they used to send me their leads so we could work them together. I'm finding you REALLY Have to manage, train, and spell out your expectations. Paying for the Va, Propstream and Mojo dialer can quickly add up to $1000 or more per month. The hardest part is getting the VA to understand what a lead really is and if you have one or not. I don't know that I'd recommend my company but it's called myvirtualdesk.com. It's easy to google and find a few other options. There are medium sized companies like theirs who have sales, managers, and the actual VA's so there are different people to talk to if you want to set up a call could be insightful. I hope I'm helping I am still learning about this.
