If you have a multifamily property deal, I'd love to see it. We can meet up between 3-12 August. I'll be in the area, so just get ahold of me here! 

What I'm looking for:

1. Quads or more with some rehab potential, safe neighborhood. 2/2 or 3/2 preferred, but I'll check it all out.

2. Commercial properties under $1M with demonstrated cash flow. Looking for under $50k / door, some value-add potential, within 2 hours of the city.
