Hey @Shelby Ashley,

My husband and I have run 5 loans through North Alabama Mortgage and love them. They're great and so easy to work with. I've also gotten quotes from Assurance Financial and they're always competitive, but we're loyal to North Alabama until they get beat by the rates.

I know both of these recommendations weren't offering great rates during COVID, so I'm not sure if the restriction have lifted for them yet, but under normal circumstances, they're great.
