carpets for bedrooms
Got a SFR for rent in Huntsville that needs all new flooring.
I was wondering why I never saw carpets in bedrooms in Huntsville.
Do I miss something? Is there any issues with carpets?
any recommended flooring contractor/shop?
Thank you.

If you allow pets in your rentals (which we do), then you always want to use LVP. The only rentals we have with carpeting are the ones we bought with decent carpeting in place that we haven't pulled up yet. Everything else is LVP (or original hardwoods).
