Real estate investor visiting Huntsville for the first time

Hi all, 
I am a real estate investor from outside of the country, I own few single family properties in Huntsville (35805/10/11). 

I have never visited Huntsville nor Alabama. 

I am thinking to come to visit. any recommendation what to see, what to do? How can I meet like minded people that invest in real estate?  also where to stay? 

I would like to refinance the properties, are there local banks/banker that I should meet?  

any recommendation will be great!
