Scott, thanks for reaching out, that sounds great. I’ll send you a pm with some times to meet up and talk. At this time, I’ve only got evenings available but no one likes to eat alone, so how about dinner!

Hello,

I am an OOS investor researching different Property managers and came across Watts Realty. They seem like a well-established company (since 1906) that has a large portfolio in Birmingham. Does anyone have experience in dealing with them -- good or bad? PM's are also welcomed if you would rather not post publicly.

Thanks in advance,

Aman

Chandan K, no worries man...I've been sitting on my *** for a long time before finally taking action! It's a bit daunting, but you can't score a goal sitting on the sideline right?!

@Blake Shultz Thank you for your offer to help out. I am offering free lunch or dinner to anyone who wants to meet up and give me some local knowledge about Birmingham! I'll PM you with my phone number so that we can try to connect while I am in town.

@Jason Carter Thanks for the recommendation. I will send Mark a PM to check on his availability.

@Johnson Lo sounds great, look forward to meeting you on the 12th!

@Rob Hakes thanks for the insight on the ALAREIA podcast, I will definitely check it out and listen to some episodes before the trip over there.

Doesn't seem like there is much interest from agents or property managers to get on board with another client, am I taking the wrong approach to this?

@Spencer Sutton contacted me and we have a date and time set up to meet, looking forward to it!!
