Cannot find a Property Manager - deal breaker?

In the course of putting together offers for a triplex just north of Jasper, AL, I've found that no property managers (that I've found on Google) service the area.

This looks like a deal breaker, as I'm not trying to get into property management, myself. Does anyone recommend a creative way to find property managers?

You can check with real estate agents in the area. Maybe there's one who does management on the side. You can also go on Thumbtack and ask for quotes for management in that zip code. See if anyone responds.

It's possible you won't be able to find a company that services that area. It looks pretty remote from Birmingham, so it's possible that it's not financially worthwhile for someone to service that area.
